Kristin Stroud
Founder & President
Kristin’s vision has shaped the direction of RCI, securing its first management agreement with the City of Bryan, Texas. As an entrepreneur, Kristin has launched successful companies across various industries and has a passion for developing small business leaders. Over time, Kristin found herself immersed in the youth sporting culture and out of this, emerged a strong desire to change the way athletes view themselves and their connection to the community.

Robert Stroud
Partner
Robert is the founding physician, owner and operator of Quail Creek Ear, Nose & Throat Center. He is also an initial physician partner in Physicians Surgical Hospitals where he has served in leadership roles since its inception in 2003 and has helped guide the venture to exponential growth. He is a trusted member of the community and excels in leadership with an eager eye for strategic growth opportunities.

Elizabeth Brown
Executive Vice President
Elizabeth specializes in organizational transformation through the power of people, innovative processes, and best practices expertise. Earning a Master of Arts in Communication from West Texas A&M University, she has conducted and implemented research resulting in international recognition for operational improvements. Elizabeth uses authentic leadership to build connections and engage teams to reach optimal performance. She is an endurance athlete who is passionate about improving the sporting landscape.

Scott Hillier
Strategic Advisor
Scott is a trusted advisor with years of experience in the youth, amateur and professional markets in Australia and the US. Scott excels in team leadership, strategy creation and implementation and operations, possessing particular skill in the conversion of off-field organizational goals to on-field success. His ability to design events for athletes of all competitive levels, communicate goals and expectations to staff and carry out complicated logistics makes him a valuable resource.

Amber Guthrie
Director of Operations
Amber is born and raised an Aggie. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degree in Sport Management at Texas A&M University while also attaining her Professional Event Manager certification and American Council on Exercise certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness. She has worked with numerous sport organizations in the Texas region such as San Antonio Sports, the Frisco RoughRiders, Texas A&M Athletics, Texas A&M Rec Sports, and the Cotton Bowl Classic. Her passion to bring people together and promote physical wellness in the community drives her ambition to provide creative opportunities for others to get outdoors, play sports, and adopt active lifestyles.

DANIELLE LAUREL
General Manager
Danielle's lifelong involvement in various sports has enabled her to forge strong connections and offer unwavering support to those around her. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University, complementing her degree with double minors in Health and Leadership Studies. Danielle's dedication to community engagement led her to actively participate in numerous organizations, including Little League Baseball, Special Olympics, USSSA, Spurs ticket sales, and serving as the President of the Texas A&M Women's Ultimate Frisbee team. During her Tenure with RCI Danielle has significantly elevated the sports community through her diverse roles, such as Tournament Director, Facility Staff, and Event Coordinator. Her passion and commitment continue to inspire everyone she works with.

HANK BROWN
Facility Supervisor
Hank Brown is a motivated professional in the sports and facility management field, known for his leadership, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning. Since 2021, he has developed hands-on experience in athletic operations, strengthening his expertise in team coordination and event logistics. Hank is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, with a long-term vision of integrating strategic management with a passion for sports. His energetic, team-oriented mindset and focus on personal growth make him a valuable asset to any high-performance environment.

PRESLEY PARCHMONT
Internal Event Coordinator
Presley Parchmont is a dedicated sports event coordinator specializing in youth athletics and community programming. Currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, she has led a variety of large-scale tournaments and local initiatives, including nationally recognized youth baseball events. Her experience includes event execution, staff management, and outreach with nonprofits and sports development programs. Presley is passionate about building positive environments through sport and excels at delivering seamless, inclusive events that leave a lasting impression.

BROOKLYN TAYLOR
Event Coordinator
Brooklyn Taylor is a dynamic Event Coordinator with a strong background in athletics, youth coaching, and sports leadership. A former collegiate track and field athlete, she holds multiple records and brings the same level of dedication and excellence to her professional role. Brooklyn is pursuing a degree in Physical Education, complemented by studies in Special Education and Religious Studies. She is passionate about fostering confidence, resilience, and healthy development in young athletes. Her unique blend of competitive drive and compassionate mentorship helps create inclusive and empowering environments for all participants.

ANNABEL PODUSKA
External Event Coordinator
Annabel Poduska is a rising sport management professional pursuing a degree in Sport Management with a minor in Communication. She has gained valuable experience through roles with renowned sports organizations and global events, including the European Lacrosse Championships and the Cotton Bowl Classic. Her work spans event logistics, fan engagement, and organizational communication. Driven by a belief in the unifying power of sport, Annabel is committed to creating inclusive, impactful experiences that connect diverse communities and elevate the sporting world.
