The RCI team brings experience from various industries and backgrounds and is unified by the belief that sport positively impacts lives beyond the court and field. RCI works to understand each community’s unique situation and strives to develop a management plan for maximum impact. Our personal management style is the secret to our success and has allowed RCI to become a trusted resource for operations, logistics and the creation of innovative programming.

Amber Guthrie

General Manager - Bryan, TX

Amber Guthrie is a born and raised Aggie. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degree in Sport Management at Texas A&M University while also attaining her Professional Event Manager certification and American Council on Exercise certifications in Personal Training and Group Fitness. She has worked with numerous sport organizations in the Texas region such as San Antonio Sports, the Frisco RoughRiders, Texas A&M Athletics, Texas A&M Rec Sports, and the Cotton Bowl Classic. Her passion to bring people together and promote physical wellness in the community drives her ambition to provide creative opportunities for others to get outdoors, play sports, and adopt active lifestyles.

Scott Hillier

Director of Operations

Scott joins RCI from Australia where he previously served in multiple roles leading the MLB endorsed Australian Baseball League as the General Manager whilst shaping the direction of youth baseball for Baseball Australia. Scott drives the implementation of the strategic direction for RCI and new business acquisition.

Kristin Stroud

Managing Partner

Kristin’s vision has shaped the direction of RCI, securing its first management agreement with the City of Bryan, Texas. As an entrepreneur, Kristin has launched successful companies across various industries and has a passion for developing small business leaders. With four sons, Kristin found herself immersed in the youth sporting culture and out of this, emerged a strong desire to change the way athletes view themselves and their connection to the community.

Robbie Wine

Partner

Robbie attended Oklahoma State University where he was a 2-time All-American Catcher and was the MLB first round selection, 8th overall, for the Houston Astros. He coached professionally with the San Diego Padres and the Milwaukee Brewers as well as 17 years at the NCAA Division I level, for Oklahoma State and Penn State. Robbie is a member of the Oklahoma State Baseball Hall of Fame and Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. He is currently an owner operator of D-BAT Amarillo and with his extensive sports background is strongly connected in the youth and amateur sports networks.

Dawna Wine

Partner

Dawna is a former NCAA Division I tennis athlete who went on to have a successful coaching career at various universities including Baylor, North Texas and Penn State. She is currently an owner operator of D-BAT Amarillo while also instructing area tennis athletes. Dawna’s strong operations background is pivotal in identifying future opportunities for RCI growth.

Robert Stroud

Partner

Robert is the founding physician, owner and operator of Quail Creek Ear, Nose & Throat Center. He is also an initial physician partner in Physicians Surgical Hospitals where he has served in leadership roles since its inception in 2003 and has helped guide the venture to exponential growth. He is a trusted member of the community and excels in leadership with an eager eye for strategic growth opportunities. In his spare time, Robert enjoys watching his four sons play baseball and tennis, and loves to spend time in the mountains fly fishing.
