Summer Adult Rec League: Sign Up Now

If you are interested in friendly competition, staying active, and making home runs, this is the place for you.

For its 5th consecutive season, RCI Sports is hosting its adult recreation sports leagues at Travis Fields, located at Bryan Midtown Park.  

You, as well as family, friends, and even co-workers, will have the opportunity to sign up and compete in two different sports leagues and have the chance to be called a champion.

What leagues do you have to offer?  

​

RCI Sports will host a 5-week season starting in early July for kickball, presented by Aggieland Chevrolet and big softball, presented by Andrew’s Orthodontics.  Big softball will begin July 5th and kickball will begin on July 6,th with the first games kicking off at 6:30 p.m. in Travis Fields’ state-of-the-art facility on one of the three all-turf fields.

However, kickball comes with an optional twist. Literally. 

​

Teams can elect to enact the 'Cup in Hand' rule for every game. This rule states that every player on the field or in the box must keep one cup in their hand at all times when playing. If someone from your designated team puts their cup down, the other team gets a point! Don’t worry about bringing your own food or drinks because our highly developed facility has its own concessions that will be able to provide you with the necessary refreshments to try our new rule.

Big softball will also have a twist of its own. Instead of a normal size softball, teams will be playing with a ball that is 16 inches. Bats will be required but gloves are optional.
